Returns
Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled before work starts.
Cancellation
Email sanguine.rishab@gmail.com with the order number. If making the piece has not started, the payment is refunded to the original method. Once a custom model is in progress, it cannot be cancelled.
Damage
If a piece arrives broken, write within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and the piece. We’ll replace it or refund it.
Change of mind
Because each object is made for the order, we don’t accept returns for a change of mind after dispatch.
